Atelier is a landmark development which has transformed the Los Angeles skyline and added new life to what was formerly an underutilized surface parking lot. At the ground level, 10,000 square feet of new restaurant and retail space provide a sense of street-level vitality to the South Park neighborhood.

Inspired by the site’s proximity to the former Los Angeles Garment District, layout of the fifth floor rooftop reflects the Bauhaus textile patterns of Anni Albers and others – stitching together a rich landscape of native and Mediterranean plantings and resident amenities, including: outdoor grilling areas, a bocce ball court, dog run, 25 meter lap pool and spa, outdoor fireplace and hammock garden.

At level 33 is a second spa and Sky Lounge with sweeping views of Downtown and a feature art piece by California light artist Johanna Grawunder.
